Basic education
We place great importance on adhering to our quality standards and focus on the continuous education of our employees.
Basic training, the children's first aid course, and annual further training are mandatory.
Caregivers are encouraged to understand and reflect on their role. They acquire specialist knowledge and approaches that are in line with the latest findings and current understanding of early childhood education, care and upbringing. At the same time, they have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other caregivers.
With a valid care contract, the course costs are covered by TFZO. The basic training and the first aid course must be completed within the first 24 months.
